Elk Tacos

Yeah that’s right I said it right there in the title…. ELK TACOS! These things are amazing! You are probably thinking where do I get elk meat if I’m not a hunter. Ingredients     

  1 pound ground elk meat

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  Hardcore Carnivore Camo Seasoning

  Taco shells

  Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado , (Your choice)

Instructions:

     1. Heat Olive Oil in medium/high skillet. (Cast Iron works best)

     2. Put meat is skillet and break apart. 

     3. Season meat.

     4. Cook meat al the way through.

     5. Put taco together with your favorite toppings.
